Welcome to Cortea! Cortea goes back to the Italian term of corteare which means to accompany someone in a life changing event. Cortea Coaching supports clients who are striving but would rather be thriving in transition and seek joy and fulfillment in their next stage. Going through major life transitions, whether at a professional or personal level requires awareness of who we are and how we want to be in this world. As a coach, I am committed to accompany my clients in their journey and help them clarify their goals and what is important to them for personal growth. With deep listening, insightful questions, somatic coaching techniques and humor, I create a safe space for my clients to clarify their intentions, explore possibilities as well as blind spots, and integrate new behaviors as they transition to the next level in their career or personal life.
